I have watched the video about your new product.
It is certainly interesting and seems to make the stock option process more transparent and logical for business owners and employees.
That transparency can possibly avoid tensions and misunderstandings in later stages of the company

cool product. it looks very well developed and designed. my personal experience of stock option plans is basically second hand. I live in silicon valley. a lot of my friends have participated in the type of option that is specifically structured to be as opaque and obscure as possible, and to reward those left standing at the end while intentionally screwing everyone else. not what your product is designed to do.

The "Methodology" component provided by Option Sanity doesn’t just teach you how to create a stock allocation system. It teaches you how to think about stock options - and how to use them to build a better company.

This very valuable tool is designed for managing stock option plans for your business. I’ve taken a turn around the program, and it is a highly customizable, practical tool designed to intelligently integrate the needs and interests of employees, senior managers, owner representatives (boards), and owners (investors). The result is a fiscally responsible tool that will offer you truly meaningful help in solving one of your most intractable problems: how to integrate the interests of managers and owners (not to mention option grantees and directors). This looks like a real winner - take a closer look yourself using the web-based trial version of the program. You’ll be impressed!
